xs650 update

We ditched the factory 80's wheels for a set off a 70's. We like the spoke pattern more and we got a good deal on them. All new bears, seals, and some fresh powder coat. You can see some minor changes to the factory triple trees. Still need to make spacers for where the factory rubber goes. After that its decision on the style of bars.
